of telecom technicians in the Bell Atlantic footprint. Selected DSL
equipment and managed central office build-outs, dealing directly with the
testing of the DSL lines. Oversaw the installation of 500 Central Offices in
the Verizon footprint. Handled regulatory for all loop provisioning and
